RETURNING A PRODUCT
At Wandahome at Waudbys we take every effort to ensure all products are dispatched to customers in perfect condition and without fault, however if on receiving your item/s they are either unwanted, faulty or incorrect then please follow the information below.
If you buy an item from Wandahome at Waudbys and find that on delivery you no longer want it or you have incorrectly ordered it please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If the item is large we will require a collection fee of £10 to account for courier fees. On delivery back to ourselves we will refund the cost of the item alone.
If your item is small we ask you to post the item back to us and once delivered we will refund the cost of the item alone.
**Please note we can only accept unopened sanitation spares and only products returned in their original condition will be refunded.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement item. This does not include awnings, see section below for these details.
If the faulty item is large we will arrange a collection and on delivery to ourselves will refund or replace your order.
When returning a small item we ask that you post the item back to ourselves with proof of postage and we will refund these costs and replace or refund your order. Please return the item to the address below.
Wandahome at Waudbys
All awnings come with a manufacturers guarantee and in case of a fault we ask you to first contact the manufacturer of the awning purchased, with exception of Dorema and NR for which you must contact Wandahome at Waudbys, as repairs and warranty claims are dealt directly with them.
If you decide you do not want a porch awning upon delivery we can only accept it back if you have not opened the box and removed it from its manufacturers roll. Please note that we can only accept full awnings back that are unopened as all sizes, colours, models and frame types should be checked upon ordering and this will incur a handling fee of £100.
For any faulty or unwanted item we ask that you print the returns form below and include it in your parcel for easy identification on arrival to ourselves.
