Click here to view the News archive.New French Law - July 2012As of 1st July 2012, Every Driver of motorised vehicles, excluding mopeds, in France will need to carry a single-use (disposal) breathalyzer. Police have been told to fine people from 1st November and Fines are currently expected at €11. The breathalyzer requirement will be added to the existing rules for drivers to carry a warning triangle and a fluorescent safety vest. Without such items could lead you to a €90 fine.
